I’m also in-network with CDPHP and MVP Health Care. If you have a health insurance plan other than the ones listed, you may be able to use Out of Network benefits, and I can provide you with a Superbill to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

Individual sessions are $200. I accept American Express, Discover, Mastercard, Visa, Health Savings Account cards, and checks.
